GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND BOOKING

1. Nature of ALLEIN

ALLEIN is an electronic music and festival travel community that connects people with shared interests to enjoy group experiences at national and international festivals.

ALLEIN is not merely an automated booking platform. Applications are manually reviewed, and participation in certain trips or experiences may be subject to availability, compatibility with the group, age, profile, interests, logistics, and organizational criteria.

The legal, tourism, contractual, and financial aspects of the trips are managed by Imagina y Viaja, the travel agency responsible for reservations, collections, receipts, invoicing, and legal coverage of tourism services.

2. Application Process

The general process is as follows:

The user reviews the information relating to the trip or experience.
The user completes an application form.
ALLEIN manually reviews the application.
If availability and compatibility are confirmed, ALLEIN or Imagina y Viaja will contact the user.
Pricing, terms, inclusions, exclusions, payment methods, and next steps will be communicated.
A spot is only confirmed once acceptance has been expressly communicated and the required payment has been completed.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place, price, availability, or the right to participate in the trip.

3. Minimum Age Requirement

ALLEIN trips and experiences are exclusively intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

By submitting an application, making a reservation, or participating in any experience, the user declares that they are of legal age.

4. What Each Trip Includes

Each trip will include only those services expressly stated in the trip description, proposal, quotation, message, document, or specific conditions communicated for that trip.

Depending on the case, the package may include some or all of the following services:

Festival ticket
Flights
Accommodation
Transfers
Insurance
Group coordination
ALLEIN experience
Additional activities
Support before and during the trip

Any service not expressly stated as included shall be deemed excluded.

Prices, inclusions, and conditions may vary depending on the festival, destination, dates, supplier availability, accommodation type, flights, tickets, and number of participants.

5. Payments

Payments for trips will be collected by Imagina y Viaja.

Accepted payment methods may include, depending on the specific trip:

Bank transfer
Credit or debit card
Stripe
Redsys
Bizum
Payment link
Other methods communicated by Imagina y Viaja

Some trips may require an initial deposit followed by a second payment. In other cases, full payment may be required from the outset.

Payment deadlines, amounts, and conditions will be communicated before the reservation is formalized.

A place will not be blocked or confirmed until the required payment has been received and the reservation has been expressly confirmed.

6. Invoice or Receipt

Imagina y Viaja will issue the corresponding invoice, receipt, or proof of payment in accordance with applicable regulations and booking conditions.

The user must provide accurate information for the issuance of the relevant documentation.

7. Non-Refundable Nature of Reservations

As a general rule, amounts paid in connection with reservation deposits, place holding, management fees, tickets, flights, accommodations, non-recoverable services, or payments made to suppliers shall be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the specific trip conditions.

The reason for this policy is that, once a place has been confirmed, immediate financial commitments may arise with festivals, airlines, accommodations, transport providers, insurance companies, agencies, promoters, or other third parties.

In all cases, any mandatory consumer rights established by law shall be respected.

8. Cancellation by the Traveler

If the user wishes to cancel their participation, they must notify ALLEIN in writing at info@allein.es.

Cancellation by the user may result in the total or partial loss of amounts already paid, particularly where non-refundable services, management fees, payments already made to suppliers, personalized tickets, issued flights, blocked accommodations, contracted transfers, or any other incurred costs exist.

The specific cancellation conditions applicable shall be those communicated for each trip, quotation, proposal, or individual communication.

Where possible, ALLEIN or Imagina y Viaja may consider alternatives such as name changes, transfer of the booking, or substitution by another person, provided this is permitted by suppliers, the festival, airline, accommodation provider, and the specific trip conditions.

This possibility is not guaranteed.

9. Name Changes or Transfer of Booking

Name changes or booking transfers shall only be possible when permitted by all affected suppliers and when all applicable deadlines, costs, and requirements are met.

Any expenses arising from a name change, transfer, amendment, flight reissue, ticket modification, accommodation modification, or documentation update shall be borne by the user.

ALLEIN and Imagina y Viaja do not guarantee that such changes will be possible.

10. Cancellation or Modification Due to External Causes

Festivals, airlines, accommodations, promoters, transport providers, or external suppliers may modify dates, schedules, conditions, services, locations, artists, programs, access conditions, tickets, flights, or any other element of the trip.

ALLEIN and Imagina y Viaja shall not be responsible for changes decided by third parties, although reasonable efforts will be made to inform users and seek solutions whenever possible.

In the event of festival cancellation, substantial modification of the trip, force majeure, legal restrictions, transportation issues, conflicts, health emergencies, natural phenomena, administrative decisions, or other circumstances beyond their control, the conditions of the relevant suppliers and applicable regulations shall apply.

11. Minimum Group Size

Some trips may require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum group size is not reached, ALLEIN or Imagina y Viaja may cancel, modify, or redesign the experience, offering users the alternatives available under the communicated conditions and applicable regulations.

12. Traveler Documentation

The user is responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid and sufficient documentation required for travel, including:

National identity card
Passport
Visas
Permits
Vaccinations
Insurance
Authorizations
Certificates
Entry requirements
Health documentation
Any other requirements imposed by the destination country, festival, airline, or service provider

ALLEIN and Imagina yViaja may provide general guidance but shall not be responsible if the user is unable to travel due to insufficient documentation, expired documents, visa refusal, immigration restrictions, failure to meet requirements, or personal circumstances.

13. Conduct During the Trip

The user agrees to maintain respectful, safe, and appropriate behavior towards the group, organization, suppliers, festival, accommodation providers, transportation services, and other participants.

A participant may be excluded from the experience, group, or community if they:

Cause serious conflicts
Endanger their own safety or that of others
Violate festival, accommodation, or transportation rules
Cause damage
Engage in violent, discriminatory, harassing, or disrespectful behavior
Consume or possess prohibited substances contrary to applicable regulations
Fail to comply with reasonable safety or coexistence instructions

In such cases, the user shall not have an automatic right to a refund and shall be liable for any damages, costs, or consequences arising from their conduct.

14. Liability Regarding Suppliers

Services included in trips may be provided by third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, accommodations, festivals, promoters, transportation providers, insurers, destination management companies, or partner organizations.

ALLEIN and Imagina y Viaja shall exercise due care in the selection and coordination of suppliers but shall not be liable for failures, delays, cancellations, damages, or incidents attributable exclusively to third parties, except where liability is required by law.

15. Travel Insurance

Where travel insurance is included, this will be expressly stated in the specific trip conditions.

Where insurance is not included, travel, cancellation, medical assistance, baggage, or other insurance products may be recommended or offered.

The user is responsible for reviewing the terms, limits, exclusions, and coverage of any insurance purchased.

16. Prices

Published or communicated prices may be subject to availability, number of places, supplier rates, flight costs, ticket prices, accommodation costs, exchange rates, taxes, fees, or other external changes.

A price shall not be considered final until it has been expressly confirmed by ALLEIN or Imagina y Viaja and the reservation has been completed in accordance with the communicated conditions.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, making a payment, accepting a proposal, or participating in a trip, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted:

The specific conditions applicable to the relevant trip
The rules and conditions of the relevant suppliers, festivals, airlines, accommodation providers, and transport operators

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

In the event of any dispute, consumers and users shall retain all rights granted to them under applicable consumer protection legislation.
